Student Scholars Honored at UTC Awards Reception

UTC recognized six students for awards in 2026

End of Semester Gathering Recognized Recipients of Krambles, Darl Hall and DiJohn Awards

Six student scholars representing three University of Illinois Chicago colleges were recognized the afternoon of April 29 for receiving scholarship awards managed by the Urban Transportation Center.

At a casual reception held in the Lower Level of CUPPA Hall, the UTC honored these students:

George Krambles Transportation Scholarship Award

Kaija Corry, Master’s Candidate, UIC Jane Addams College of Social Work

George Mangialardi, Master’s Candidate, UIC College of Urban Planning and Public Affairs
