UIC Education

One guiding principle behind the Urban Transportation Center (UTC) is to “offer an immersive, transformative education based on real-world problems and practical student experience.” UTC graduate assistants do work with faculty researchers as a way to augment the world-class education offered through the College of Urban Planning and Public Affairs (CUPPA) at the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC).
