Chicago is often called "The Second City." But according to statistics released recently by INRIX, a data analytics firm, Chicago drivers ranked first in time spent in traffic.
In a story aired December 21 by WBEZ National Public Radio, UTC Director Dr. Ps Sriraj shares comments on the impact increased traffic has on area roadways.
