Dr. Metaxatos is a transportation planner with considerable experience in transportation analysis and evaluation. In his 25-plus years as a transportation professional, he has provided technical support to numerous agencies at the local, state and national levels, as well as the private industry.
He has conducted numerous studies in:
- Transit planning and transit operations planning.
- Passenger and freight demand forecasting.
- ITS evaluation for transit, paratransit and cars.
- Safety analysis at rail grade crossings.
- Statistical data analysis and modeling.
