The main goal of the land-use study is to provide a regional framework for transit-oriented development and planning in the Outer Circumferential Study (OCS) area while promoting development at the proposed station areas that support optimal ridership for the OCS.

Abstract

- Tour proposed station areas.
- Conduct data collection.
- Interview representatives from each proposed station area community.
- Explore land use and development scenarios.
- Identify socioeconomic characteristics and ridership market data.
- Draft the final report.
